Fantastic free thing: I did yoga for the first time in a looooong time Monday night. It felt great to get back to it, although I was amazed how inflexible I am these days. The yoga was inspired by the fact that I also quit smoking, so can now theoretically exercise whenever I feel like. And there is no better exercise than yoga to make you appreciate your ability to breathe, or lack thereof.
